Ohio Residential Markets in addition to our increased market exposure in Florida, while
also increasing our focusing on commercial real estate opporutnities nationwide.
When you invest with Prive, your
loan is secured by a first or second mortgage on a single family
home or other piece of real estate right here in Ohio. We choose the
property carefully, making sure the property that your loan is based
on does not exceed 80% loan-to-value. The loan return is typically
an annual 10% - 12%, and there are NO commissions or “sales load”
taken out of your loan dollars.
When you invest with Prive, be
assured that you have choices. Should you need to liquidate, we DO
NOT charge an “early withdrawal fee”, as do some banks. However, we
do ask that you advise us forty-five days in advance.
